My choice of hot drink when I treat myself is a delicious Ginger Chai Latte but I find they can be a little on the high calorie side. So I have found a healthier version to make myself for breakfast without even having to leave the house.
250ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk 2 scoops of Herbalife F1 Select 1 scoop Personalised Protein Powder (optional) 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon Mixed Spice Drizzle of Maple Syrup Mix all ingredients in a blender with a lot of ice until thick & cold & creamy! To make a warm version of this drink, add 100ml of hot water into the milk instead of blending with ice. Happy Blending, Holly XO
