How often can you say that you had dessert for breakfast AND it was good for you?! Well with this recipe, that's exactly what you get! INGREDIENTS: 1 large frozen banana 2 x scoops Herbalife Cookies & Cream Protein Powder 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice (I used Mayvers Protein Peanut Butter) LINK 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 100mls almond milk STEP ONE: We all know how to make a smoothie, so I'm sure I don't need to describe this step to you in great detail... Just BLEND, BLEND. BLEND! Then pop the cap out of the middle of your blender lid & BLEND some more! This helps to aerate the mixture & makes it suuuuper thick & creamy - YUM! STEP TWO: Scrape the mixture into a bowl & top with alllll the deliciousness! I chose cacao nibs but you could any topping you like - crumbled cookies, fruits, crushed nuts etc. And BOOM - a banging smoothie bowl. Whipped up as quick as a flash!
